Returns

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Items do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.
